What DealFriend does
On a retailer product page, DealFriend gives an honest read on whether it’s the right buy for you — willing to say “not this one,” flag a fake “deal,” or suggest a better pick. It reads only the product, never your passwords or payment, and only when you tap.
How to use it
On a supported store, tap the “Ask DealFriend” button next to Add-to-Cart, or click the DealFriend toolbar icon on any page. The read opens in a side panel.
Connecting your account (optional)
Tap Connect in the panel to personalize your reads and save items to your closet. You can tap Disconnect at any time to clear your sign-in from the extension.
Common questions
It says “refresh the page.” If you just installed or updated the extension, reload the store tab so it can attach.
No button on a page? It appears on a curated set of major retailers; on other sites, use the toolbar icon. You can also enable the button per-store from the panel.
Does it ever add to cart? No — DealFriend is advisor-only. Tapping it never adds to cart or checks out.
